Converting

IMC is using a modern and complete machinee fleet, supplied by world leading manufacturers such as BOBST and HEIDELBERG.

Machines are adjusted to production profile of particular plants. Pila is equipped with very fast, automatic fleet designed for big order sizes of packaging, while in Wyszkow majority of the fleet is either manual or semi-automatic which allow quick change-overs of complex POS materials. It is worth to underline, that converting machinery make use of a unique printing size of 1620 x 1200 mm.

• Litho-lamination - both reel-to-sheet and sheet-to-sheet
• Die-cutting - both automatic and manual
• Window patching
• Folding and glueing - up to 6 points, with cold or hot-melt glue
